  1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  2. Collaborate with Financial Advisors to manage client investment portfolios, ensuring that all transactions are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain thorough knowledge of Morgan Stanley's products and services and effectively communicate them to clients.
  4. Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and transfers.
  5. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing client reports, maintaining client records, and processing client paperwork.
  6. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by clients.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance policies to ensure all client interactions are in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the client experience by implementing new processes and procedures.
  9. Attend training and coaching sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Act as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and company goals.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  12. Assist with organizing and participating in client events and meetings.
  13. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client service and overall processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Markets

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Or Client Service Role

  • Series 7 And 63 Licenses, Or Ability To Obtain Them Within 3 Months Of Employment

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
