
Registered Client Service Associate

- Provide exceptional client service: The primary responsibility of the Registered Client Service Associate is to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This includes responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance: The Client Service Associate will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating client account information as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships: The Client Service Associate will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients by proactively reaching out to them, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and team members: The Client Service Associate will work closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure that clients' needs are met and that all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct research and provide support for client inquiries: The Registered Client Service Associate will be responsible for conducting research and providing support for client inquiries related to their accounts, investments, and financial planning.
- Manage client communications: The Client Service Associate will be responsible for managing client communications, including responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and ensuring that all client correspondence is accurate and professional.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations: The Client Service Associate will be expected to adhere to all industry regulations and ensure that all client interactions and account information are in compliance with these regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge: The Client Service Associate will be responsible for staying informed about industry trends, products, and services in order to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Assist with administrative tasks: The Registered Client Service Associate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, organizing client files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality: The Client Service Associate will handle sensitive client information and must maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Client Relationships.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Client Service, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Series 7 And 63 Licenses Or Ability To Obtain Within 6 Months Of Hire.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, And Alternative Investments.
