- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Assist clients with account and portfolio management, including opening and transferring accounts, executing trades, and maintaining accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs and providing personalized support and guidance.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement financial plans for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assist clients in making informed investment decisions.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, prepare materials, and assist with presentations.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Markets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-Net-Worth Clients.
Series 7 And 63 Securities Licenses.
