- Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction.

- Process client transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client investment decisions.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop customized financial plans for clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Take ownership of client issues and concerns, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.

- Adhere to all company values and ethics and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.
Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Within The First 6 Months Of Employment.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, As Well As Industry Regulations.
