  1. Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Support financial advisors by assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential client issues, escalating to appropriate team members when necessary.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and support financial advisors.
  8. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to achieve team goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
