  1. Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
  2. Collaborate with financial advisors to understand clients' financial goals and objectives and provide appropriate support.
  3. Manage client account and transactional activity, including processing trades, transfers, and other account-related requests.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve any client issues or concerns, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  5. Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and managing client paperwork.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry and company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve client service processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  10. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company values and standards at all times.
  11. Comply with all licensing and training requirements, including obtaining and maintaining a Series 7 and 66 license.
  12. Attend training sessions and company meetings to stay informed on products, services, and industry updates.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and represent the company's values and mission to clients.
  14. Provide exceptional client service by going above and beyond to meet client needs and expectations.
  15. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Series 7 And 63 Securities Licenses.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Mutual Funds.
