You will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing transactions, and providing administrative support. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you an integral part of our team.To excel in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of financial products and services, and be registered as a Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 securities licensed individual.   1. Manage client accounts and facilitate all aspects of account opening, transfers, and closures.
  2. Process client transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Provide exceptional service to clients by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors.
  5. Assist financial advisors with client portfolio reviews and preparation of client presentations.
  6. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing client meetings, and maintaining client records.
  7. Stay current on industry regulations and compliance procedures.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  9. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, financial advisors, and team members.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products and services offered by the company.
  11. Ensure all client information and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  13. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
  14. Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry
