  1. Develop and implement sustainable investment strategies for clients in the real assets market in the US.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to sustainable investing and real assets.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities that align with sustainable investing principles.
  4. Collaborate with the team to evaluate and assess the environmental and social impact of potential investments.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, presenting investment recommendations and providing updates on sustainability initiatives.
  6. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders in the sustainable investing and real assets industry.
  7. Monitor and track the progress and performance of sustainable investments in real assets, providing regular reports to clients and senior management.
  8. Work closely with the team to integrate sustainability considerations into the overall investment process.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainable investing principles and practices, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  10. Drive positive change in the real assets industry by identifying and promoting sustainable investment opportunities and best practices.
  11. Maintain a strong commitment to sustainability and serve as a key advocate for sustainable investing within the organization.
  12. Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and improvement within the sustainable investing and real assets space.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Environmental Studies.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investment Management, Real Estate, Or Sustainability.

  • Expertise In Sustainable Investing And Knowledge Of Esg (Environmental, Social, And Governance) Factors In Real Assets.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills, With The Ability To Assess Risk And Return Of Sustainable Investment Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Relationship Management Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
