- Provide administrative support to the Private Wealth Management team.
- Maintain organization and accuracy in all aspects of the team's operations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and update client information in our database system.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the team and company in a positive light.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Wealth Management Or Private Banking Environment.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Financial Software, As Well As Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
