  1. Provide administrative support: The PWM Team Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Private Wealth Management division, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
  2. Maintain client records: The administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including account information, contact details, and transaction history.
  3. Coordinate team operations: The administrator will play a key role in coordinating the daily operations of the PWM team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all team members are informed of important updates and deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Financial Services Firm, Preferably In A Wealth Management Setting

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask Effectively

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
