  1. Provide exceptional service to high net worth clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist PWM financial advisors in managing client relationships by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary paperwork.
  3. Proactively anticipate client needs and make recommendations for additional services or products that may benefit them.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  5. Continuously educate oneself on financial industry trends, products, and services to better serve clients.
  6. Handle client onboarding and account maintenance processes, including opening new accounts and processing account transfers.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the firm, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of client requests.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  9. Utilize firm systems and databases to accurately track and report client interactions and transactions.
  10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to the role.
  11. Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
  12. Uphold Morgan Stanley's values and standards, while adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Series 7 And 66 Licenses: A Registered Csa At Morgan Stanley Must Possess Both The Series 7 And 66 Licenses, As These Are Required For Handling Client Accounts And Providing Investment Advice.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Strategies Is Necessary For This Role, Making A Bachelor's Degree In Finance Or A Related Field Highly Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Registered Csa, You Will Be Working Directly With Clients, So Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Morgan Stanley, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments.

  • Previous Experience In Wealth Management: While Not Always Required, Previous Experience In A Wealth Management Role Is Highly Valued By Morgan Stanley For This Position. This Could Include Experience As A Financial Advisor, Investment Associate, Or Other Relevant Role.
