1. Provide outstanding customer service to high-net-worth clients in the Private Wealth Management division.
2. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and account maintenance.

4. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for clients with PWM advisors.
5. Prepare and maintain client files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

7. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Monitor and track client account activity and transactions.
9. Assist with account opening and closing processes.
