  1. Develop and implement programs to support clients' deposit and cash management needs.
  2. Work closely with the Deposits & Cash Management Services team to identify client needs and create tailored solutions.
  3. Manage the entire program lifecycle, from planning to execution and evaluation.
  4. Ensure all program objectives are met within the designated time frame and budget.
  5. Monitor and track program progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery.
  7. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends and client needs, and use this information to continuously improve our program offerings.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in cash management services to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators and analysts to ensure the successful execution of programs.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact program delivery.
  12. Prepare and present program performance reports to senior management.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our cash management services and building relationships with potential clients.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
