- Develop and implement programs to support clients' deposit and cash management needs.
- Work closely with the Deposits & Cash Management Services team to identify client needs and create tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire program lifecycle, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Ensure all program objectives are met within the designated time frame and budget.
- Monitor and track program progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends and client needs, and use this information to continuously improve our program offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in cash management services to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
- Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators and analysts to ensure the successful execution of programs.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact program delivery.
