
Production Support Engineer

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In A Production Support Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Linux/Unix Operating Systems And Scripting Languages Such As Python Or Bash.
Familiarity With Itil Framework And Experience With Incident Management, Problem Management, And Change Management Processes.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Issues In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.
