Job Description

Morgan Stanley is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Private Credit Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a team of experienced professionals who are responsible for sourcing and evaluating private credit investments. You should have a passion for investing and be able to think strategically and analytically. We are looking for a team player who has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong educational background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A minimum of two years of prior experience in private credit is also preferred. Knowledge of private credit structures, including debt, equity, and structured products, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with large datasets and have experience with Microsoft Excel.
