Private Credit Associate

Responsibilities:

• Originate, evaluate, and structure credit investments • Monitor market conditions and trends to identify potential investment opportunities • Analyze financial statements and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness of potential investments • Develop and present credit investment recommendations to senior management • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of market conditions and products • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents related to credit investments • Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential counterparties • Assist in the structuring and closing of credit investments • Monitor credit portfolios and performance of credit investments • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of credit investments
