- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads, to understand their needs and incorporate them into performance management initiatives.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to effectively design and execute performance management programs.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing performance management processes and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management to continuously enhance and evolve the company's approach.
- Communicate performance management strategies and initiatives to all levels of the organization, ensuring understanding and buy-in from employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to measure the impact of performance management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR teams, such as Talent Management and Learning and Development, to ensure alignment and integration of performance management with other HR processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance management and provide training and guidance to HR and management teams.
- Participate in the development of company-wide policies and procedures related to performance management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback by promoting the use of performance management tools and resources.
- Serve as a role model for company values and behaviors, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of performance management.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Act as a champion for change and drive adoption of new performance management initiatives throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management Design And Implementation
Strong Understanding Of Performance Management Principles And Best Practices
Experience Managing And Leading A Team
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
