  1. Conduct daily analysis and monitoring of trading activity to identify and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with the Parametric Trading Desk to ensure smooth execution of trades and accurate reporting of positions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies and products.
  4. Create and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in trade execution and settlement processes.
  5. Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Liaise with various internal teams including risk management, compliance, and technology to ensure alignment and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all operations are in compliance.
  9. Provide support in the development and maintenance of trading systems and tools.
  10. Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Mathematics.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling.

  • Experience With Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, Or R.
