  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory requirements related to operational resilience.
  6. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure awareness and understanding of operational resilience strategies.
  7. Conduct training sessions for employees on operational resilience and business continuity.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on operational resilience, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure continuity of critical services.
  10. Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to operational resilience and business continuity.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the firm's operational resilience capabilities.
  12. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve operational resilience strategies.
  13. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure the firm's ability to recover from potential disruptions.
  14. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information related to operational resilience.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Operational Resilience Principles And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Operational Resilience And Its Importance In The Financial Industry. They Should Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Guidelines, Such As Iso 22301 And The Financial Stability Board's Principles For Operational Resilience.

  • Previous Experience In Operational Risk Management: The Operational Resilience Planner Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Sector. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Assessing Operational Risks, Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies, And Conducting Business Impact Analysis.
