  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies at a national level to protect the organization from potential hazards and threats.
  2. Monitor and analyze potential risks, including financial, operational, and regulatory risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement within the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization's risk management strategies are current and effective.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily responsibilities.
  7. Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on risk management initiatives and potential risks.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to stay informed and influence risk management strategies.
  9. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure all risk management processes and procedures are accurately documented and regularly reviewed.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of crisis management plans to handle potential risks and minimize their impact on the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Risk Management Principles, Techniques, And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Management.
