- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top financial advisors to join our team.
- Identify potential advisors through various sourcing channels, including networking events, job postings, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential advisors, providing them with information about our company and career opportunities.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including branch managers and senior leaders, to understand their needs and priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.

- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in the recruitment process.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with potential advisors and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Knowledge Of Wealth Management And Investment Products.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Advisors And Internal Stakeholders.
