We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Vice President to join our Financial Crimes Risk Office within our Wealth Management division.   1. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial crimes risks for ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and institutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential financial crimes risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of suspicious activity and escalate any potential risks to senior management.
  4. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of current risk management policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial crimes risk management.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on financial crimes risk awareness and prevention.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and law enforcement agencies.
  8. Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders on financial crimes risk management activities and improvements.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within the firm to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and take appropriate actions to prevent financial crimes.
  13. Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay informed and share knowledge on financial crimes risk management.
  14. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  15. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
