• Oversee and manage the Trade Management Group, including all trade processing and settlement activities for various asset classes.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades for clients, adhering to all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, custodians, and other key partners.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify any discrepancies or errors, and work with team members to resolve them promptly.
• Train and mentor team members on trade management processes and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve trade management processes and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Compliance and Operations, to ensure efficient and effective trade processing and settlement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to trade management, offering insights and recommendations to improve overall operations.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on trade management activities, performance, and any potential risks or issues.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting the organization's expertise in trade management.
