- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Extensive Experience In Mainframe Operations And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Mainframe Operations And Related Technologies. This Includes Administering Mainframe Systems, Overseeing Batch Processing, And Maintaining System Availability And Performance.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Mainframe Command Center Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Mainframe Operators And Ensuring Smooth Functioning Of The Command Center. The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing Teams, Delegating Tasks, And Resolving Conflicts.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mainframe Technologies And Tools: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Mainframe Hardware, Software, And Tools Such As Z/Os, Db2, Cics, And Jcl. The Candidate Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues And Provide Recommendations For Optimization And Improvement.
