  9. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for the mainframe systems, ensuring business continuity in the event of any disruptions.
  10. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of mainframe operations and any potential issues.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Mainframe Operations And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Mainframe Operations And Related Technologies. This Includes Administering Mainframe Systems, Overseeing Batch Processing, And Maintaining System Availability And Performance.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Mainframe Command Center Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Mainframe Operators And Ensuring Smooth Functioning Of The Command Center. The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing Teams, Delegating Tasks, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Mainframe Technologies And Tools: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Mainframe Hardware, Software, And Tools Such As Z/Os, Db2, Cics, And Jcl. The Candidate Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues And Provide Recommendations For Optimization And Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Mainframe Command Center Manager Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Vendors, And Clients. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
