Investment Management Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Investment Management Legal Counsel to join Morgan Stanley's Legal & Compliance Division. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, providing legal assistance to Morgan Stanley's Investment Management business.To be considered for this role, you must have a law degree and at least five years of experience in a legal or regulatory role within the asset management or investment management industry. You must have strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and legal requirements, particularly in the areas of securities, regulatory compliance, and corporate and trust law.You must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders, and will be expected to quickly build relationships and trust. You should possess excellent judgment and decision-making abilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
