Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Investment Management Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel on a wide range of investment management matters, including regulation, compliance, and operations. Our ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with an understanding of financial services law and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, at least five years of relevant experience in investment management, and a thorough knowledge of federal and state securities laws. Candidates must also possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
