We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and provide exceptional support to our executives and clients. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in the success of our Investment Banking Division by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in investment banking or financial services, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.   1. Manage complex calendars for executives, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are properly scheduled and organized.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events, both internally and externally.
  3. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  4. Act as a gatekeeper for executives, screening and prioritizing incoming calls and emails, and responding on their behalf when necessary.
  5. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive meetings and presentations.
  7. Make travel arrangements and process expense reports for executives.
  8. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a representative of the Investment Banking Division.
  9. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
  10. Collaborate with other executive assistants and support staff to maintain a cohesive and productive team environment.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news in order to provide relevant and timely support to executives.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives.
