- Assist independent financial advisors in developing and executing sales strategies to increase business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisors to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Create and deliver presentations to independent financial advisors and clients to showcase the firm's products and services.
- Act as a liaison between independent financial advisors and various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize various sales techniques and tools to effectively promote and sell the firm's products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to independent financial advisors and clients.
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or concerns raised by independent financial advisors and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the financial industry.
- Represent the firm in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the independent channel team and the firm as a whole.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: This Includes A Solid Understanding Of Investment Options, Financial Markets, And Industry Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Internal Sales Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Independent Financial Advisors. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Previous Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes A Strong Ability To Identify Potential Clients, Develop Sales Strategies, And Close Deals.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team: The Role Of An Internal Sales Associate Requires A Balance Of Independent Work And Collaboration With Team Members. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Effectively In Both Settings.
