- Develop and implement internal audit strategies and plans that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability within the investment management process.
- Lead and manage a team of internal auditors to ensure timely and accurate execution of audit activities.

- Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in the investment management industry, and make recommendations for their incorporation into the audit process.
Extensive Knowledge Of Investment Management: The Internal Audit Director - Investment Management Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Investment Management Industry, Including Financial Products, Markets, And Regulations.
Strong Auditing Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Review And Evaluate Complex Financial Data, Identify Risks And Control Weaknesses, And Develop Effective Audit Plans And Strategies.
Leadership And Management Experience: As A Director-Level Position, The Internal Audit Director Must Have Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, Setting Project Goals, And Delegating Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Successful Candidate Must Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Audit Findings, Recommendations, And Reports To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
