- Conduct internal audits of Wealth Management division operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Identify and assess potential risks and control weaknesses within the division.
- Develop audit plans and procedures to effectively evaluate controls and processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with changing requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and improve overall processes.
- Conduct investigations into potential fraud or misconduct and report findings to appropriate parties.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate and thorough audit documentation and reports.
- Provide support and assistance to external auditors during their reviews.
- Train and educate staff on compliance and audit procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
1-2 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit Or Wealth Management.
Professional Certifications Such As Cia, Cisa, Or Cfa Preferred.
