As an Internal Audit Associate in our Wealth Management division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations are in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.   1. Conduct internal audits of Wealth Management division operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks and control weaknesses within the division.
  3. Develop audit plans and procedures to effectively evaluate controls and processes.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with changing requirements.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and improve overall processes.
  7. Conduct investigations into potential fraud or misconduct and report findings to appropriate parties.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough audit documentation and reports.
  10. Provide support and assistance to external auditors during their reviews.
  11. Train and educate staff on compliance and audit procedures.
  12. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  13. Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all aspects of the job.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
