
Incident Management Analyst
Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced Incident Management Analyst to join our team and handle incident resolution and problem management processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think analytically when faced with complex challenges.We are looking for an individual with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in the IT sector. The successful candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of incident management principles, along with experience in IT service management. An understanding of incident and problem resolution processes, along with an ability to identify and investigate the root cause of incidents, is essential.Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently interact with both technical and non-technical staff. A successful candidate should also be able to work under pressure and manage their own workload.
