Job Description

Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced Incident Management Analyst to join our team and handle incident resolution and problem management processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think analytically when faced with complex challenges.We are looking for an individual with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in the IT sector. The successful candidate must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of incident management principles, along with experience in IT service management. An understanding of incident and problem resolution processes, along with an ability to identify and investigate the root cause of incidents, is essential.Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently interact with both technical and non-technical staff. A successful candidate should also be able to work under pressure and manage their own workload. A passion for customer service and an ability to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment is also a must.If you believe you have the necessary qualifications and skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve incidents in accordance with incident management principles and processes.
  2. Identify and investigate the root cause of incidents.
  3. Manage and maintain incident and problem resolution processes.
  4. Interact with both technical and non-technical staff.
  5. Work under pressure and manage own workload.
  6. Deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Provide high-quality customer service.
  8. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of incident management processes.
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills, keen eye for detail, and analytical thinking.
  10. Stay up to date with industry developments and trends.
