
Incident Management Analyst
Morgan Stanley is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Incident Management Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities of the Incident Management Analyst:
- Monitor IT systems to identify and respond to potential incidents in a timely manner.
- Investigate and analyze incidents to determine the root cause and develop solutions for corrective action.
- Create detailed reports and documentation to document the incident management process.
- Ensure incidents are tracked and resolved in accordance with agreed upon service levels.
- Implement processes and procedures to improve incident management capabilities.
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the proper coordination of incident response.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on incident management best practices.
- Utilize IT service management tools and technologies to ensure effective management of incidents.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of incident management processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in incident management.
