  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the high yield fixed income market.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of high yield fixed income portfolios on a regular basis.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies for high yield fixed income portfolios.
  4. Collaborate with the Fixed Income team to make investment recommendations and decisions.
  5. Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio management.
  6. Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on portfolio performance and market trends.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends in the high yield fixed income market.
  8. Evaluate and manage risk within the portfolio to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as research and sales, to provide comprehensive client solutions.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the Fixed Income team.
  11. Attend client meetings and presentations to provide insights and support for portfolio management decisions.
  12. Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to the overall success of the Fixed Income team and the firm.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in high yield fixed income portfolio management.
  15. Maintain a strong network and relationships with industry professionals to stay informed on market developments and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fixed Income Portfolio Management, Specifically In High Yield Bonds.

  • Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills, With The Ability To Conduct In-Depth Financial Analysis And Present Findings To Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Credit Analysis And Risk Management Techniques, As Well As An Understanding Of Financial Markets And Economic Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.
