Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the graphic design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work and team cohesion
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their design needs and develop strategic and creative solutions
  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital ads, brochures, presentations, and social media graphics
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into design work
  • Work closely with print vendors and other external partners to ensure high-quality production of materials
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of design files and assets to ensure efficient access and use by the team
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development in the field of graphic design
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, and incorporate their feedback into design work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in design and messaging
  • Manage and track project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Represent the company's brand and design standards in all design work, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Graphic Design And Project Coordination.

  • Strong Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) And Other Design Software.

  • Knowledge Of Current Design Trends And Best Practices, With The Ability To Incorporate Them Into Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Collaborate With A Team, As Well As Present Design Concepts To Clients And Stakeholders.
