Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the graphic design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work and team cohesion
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their design needs and develop strategic and creative solutions
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital ads, brochures, presentations, and social media graphics
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into design work
- Work closely with print vendors and other external partners to ensure high-quality production of materials
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of design files and assets to ensure efficient access and use by the team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development in the field of graphic design
- Effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, and incorporate their feedback into design work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in design and messaging
- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints
- Represent the company's brand and design standards in all design work, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Graphic Design And Project Coordination.
Strong Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) And Other Design Software.
Knowledge Of Current Design Trends And Best Practices, With The Ability To Incorporate Them Into Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Collaborate With A Team, As Well As Present Design Concepts To Clients And Stakeholders.
