Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as Global Operational Sustainability Reporting Lead at Morgan Stanley. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing Morgan Stanley’s sustainability reporting framework, ensuring that the company meets global environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards and regulations.The successful candidate will have a track record of success in sustainability reporting, a strong understanding of ESG standards, and an excellent ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the organization is meeting reporting requirements. You should also have a passion for working in an environment that is focused on sustainability and a commitment to providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information.If you have the qualifications and the desire to make a lasting impact on Morgan Stanley’s sustainability program, then this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage Morgan Stanley’s sustainability reporting framework to ensure compliance with global environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards and regulations.
  2. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the organization is meeting reporting requirements.
  3. Monitor and evaluate reporting progress and performance.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve sustainability reporting process.
  6. Collaborate with other teams to identify and address ESG risks and opportunities.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability topics and initiatives.
  8. Research and analyze emerging trends in sustainability and ESG.
  9. Participate in sustainability events and conferences.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant sustainability regulations.
