  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees on financial crime regulations and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure training materials are up to date.
  3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate employees on detecting and reporting financial crimes.
  4. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to financial crimes to incorporate into training programs.
  7. Work closely with the Global Financial Crimes team to ensure training aligns with company policies and procedures.
  8. Provide guidance and support to employees on financial crime-related issues and inquiries.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee participation.
  10. Communicate with management and HR to identify any potential training gaps and develop solutions.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial crimes and provide advice and recommendations to the organization.
  12. Collaborate with other Training Officers and team members to share best practices and enhance training programs.
  13. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with training requirements.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and training seminars to stay informed of the latest developments in financial crime prevention.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance training materials and delivery methods.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Financial Crimes Compliance Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Regulations And Laws, Including Aml, Kyc, And Sanctions.

  • Experience Developing And Delivering Training Programs For Financial Crimes Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
