  1. Develop and implement an effective compliance testing program to ensure Morgan Stanley's adherence to global financial crime regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough and timely testing of all relevant policies, procedures, and controls to identify potential gaps or weaknesses in our compliance program.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk, and Operations, to obtain necessary information and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor changes in global financial crime regulations and adapt testing strategies accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance.
  5. Lead a team of compliance testers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality and consistent testing across all business units.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial crime regulations and provide guidance and advice to senior leadership on potential risks and areas for improvement.
  7. Prepare and present comprehensive and accurate reports on testing results to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, to ensure a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.
  9. Continuously evaluate and enhance the compliance testing program, incorporating industry best practices and innovative strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compliance testing, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Financial Crime Laws And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Laws And Regulations Related To Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Fraud, And Other Financial Crimes.

  • Compliance Testing Experience: The Candidate Should Possess Significant Experience In Conducting Compliance Testing Within The Financial Industry, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Proven Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage A Team Of Compliance Testing Professionals And Drive Results.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Financial Crime Risks Through Effective Problem-Solving.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Testing Findings To Senior Management And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Across The Organization, Including Legal, Risk, And Audit Teams.
