Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients while providing technical expertise across a range of asset classes.
- Remain organized and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize superior technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and financial industry regulations.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Respond to client queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor clients’ portfolios and provide guidance on investments.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss their individual needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to clients.
