Fund Accounting – Manager

The goal of this role is to perform month-end close activities, reconcile fund accounts and perform financial analysis for our clients.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience in the fund accounting space. They must also be comfortable working with large amounts of data and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Perform month-end close activities, reconcile fund accounts and perform financial analysis for our clients.
2. Analyze and interpret large amounts of financial data and present findings to stakeholders.
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all fund accounting activities.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for fund accounting activities.
6. Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
7. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance fund accounting functions.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
9. Manage and mentor junior fund accounting staff.
10. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
