Job Description

At Morgan Stanley, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Fraud Strategy & Analytics Lead. In this role, you will play an integral part in developing and executing our fraud strategy and analytics initiatives. You will use data-driven insights to identify, analyze and reduce fraudulent activity, and drive continuous improvement to our fraud detection and prevention efforts. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of fraud management and analytics, as well as strong problem-solving and data-modeling skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex challenges, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.We welcome applicants who have:• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data science, analytics, mathematics, economics, etc.)• At least 5 years of experience in banking/financial services or fraud-related role• Proven experience in developing and implementing fraud strategies, analytics, and reporting• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Advanced technical skills in data analytics and data visualization• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the fight against fraud, this is the role for you!
