- Lead and supervise a team of fixed income research analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the production of high-quality, insightful analysis.
- Oversee the editorial process for all fixed income research reports and publications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality and impact of fixed income research produced by the team.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on various fixed income markets, including bonds, loans, and derivatives, to support the team's research initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes in the fixed income industry, and incorporate this knowledge into research reports.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the company to share research insights and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert on fixed income research, both internally and externally, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Uphold the company's values and standards, including ethical and regulatory compliance, in all aspects of work.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures related to fixed income research to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Fixed Income Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Research And Analysis In The Fixed Income Market, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Fixed Income Products And Their Valuation Methodologies.
