Fixed Income Research - Supervisory Analyst

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for finance.We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in either fixed income research or fixed income analysis, as well as a thorough understanding of the financial markets. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in finance or economics, with a Master's degree or CFA preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and monitor changes in the fixed income market and provide research and analysis on trends and opportunities.
2. Utilize financial modeling and analysis to asses risk and develop pricing strategies.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues in the fixed income market.
4. Monitor developments in the fixed income markets and provide market intelligence to the team.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
6. Provide training and guidance to junior members of the team.
7. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the fixed income market.
8. Stay abreast of industry and regulatory developments and compliance requirements.
9. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and profitability.
10. Work with senior management to develop and implement strategy and tactics for achieving goals.
