  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized fixed income investment solutions.
  2. Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking and leveraging existing relationships.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks in the fixed income market.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives.

  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the firm's visibility and network.
  12. Comply with all regulatory and compliance standards in all aspects of the job.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to enhance overall client experience and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Advisory Role Within The Fixed Income Market

  • Strong Understanding Of Fixed Income Products And Markets, Including Bonds, Derivatives, And Interest Rates

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Relationship Management, With A Focus On Institutional Clients

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.
