- Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial crime prevention processes and controls.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of financial crime prevention programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality assurance efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues related to financial crime prevention.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely reports on the status of financial crime prevention processes and controls.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on best practices.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members on financial crime prevention best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Crimes Compliance Or Quality Assurance.
Strong Understanding Of Aml/Kyc Regulations And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Excel.
