  1. Conduct research and analysis on the securitized products market to support decision-making and strategy development.
  2. Assist with the development and implementation of new business initiatives and processes within the SPG COO Team.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and efficiency within current processes.
  4. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the securitized products industry.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to team projects and initiatives.
  7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on projects.
  8. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business goals.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training, networking, and knowledge sharing.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within Morgan Stanley to share best practices and drive overall business success.
  12. Support the team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills, With Experience In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Securitized Products, Including Mortgage-Backed Securities, Asset-Backed Securities, And Collateralized Debt Obligations.

  • Prior Experience In A Similar Role Or In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably Within A Securitized Products Group.
