- Collaborate with team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the Securitized Products Group COO Team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive the growth and success of the Securitized Products business.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities for the business.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track the progress and success of projects and initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate updates and progress on projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other team events to drive collaboration and communication within the team and across the firm.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the firm to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations to inform decision making and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts for the Securitized Products Group.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members and interns, as needed.
- Take ownership of individual projects and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the FID, Securitized Products Group COO Team and Morgan Stanley in a positive manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In A Financial Services Role, Preferably With Exposure To Securitized Products.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Multi-Task.
