  1. Collaborate with team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the Securitized Products Group COO Team.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive the growth and success of the Securitized Products business.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities for the business.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track the progress and success of projects and initiatives.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate updates and progress on projects and initiatives.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other team events to drive collaboration and communication within the team and across the firm.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the firm to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations to inform decision making and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts for the Securitized Products Group.
  10. Support the onboarding and training of new team members and interns, as needed.
  11. Take ownership of individual projects and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the FID, Securitized Products Group COO Team and Morgan Stanley in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
