ERISA Attorney for Retirement

We’re looking for an experienced ERISA Attorney to join our Retirement team at Morgan Stanley. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel regarding the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). You’ll work closely with our Retirement team, providing guidance on regulatory matters, and developing creative solutions to ensure we remain compliant with the law. The successful candidate will have significant experience in ERISA that includes advising on pension and retirement plans, as well as experience in the financial services industry. We are looking for someone who has an understanding of both the legal and business sides of the equation and is passionate about finding the best solutions for our clients.Required Qualifications:• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school• At least 5 years of ERISA experience in a law firm or corporate setting• Experience in the financial services industry• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
