Job Description

At Morgan Stanley, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated EMEA Syndicate Operations Trades Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who is capable of working within a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or business and at least three to five years of relevant work experience in a corporate finance or investment banking setting. They should be knowledgeable in the handling of syndicate operations and have a solid understanding of the related trading and settlement processes. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.This role requires someone who is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and is detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple tasks related to EMEA syndicate operations trades, including handling of syndicate operations and related trading and settlement processes
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all operations tasks
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Monitor and track performance metrics
  5. Remain up to date with industry trends and regulations
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to management
  7. Perform research to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
  8. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and enhancements
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes
  10. Manage day-to-day operations and provide support to the team as needed
