  1. Oversee all payroll operations for the North American region, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective payroll processes, policies, and procedures.
  3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws.
  4. Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  6. Monitor and analyze payroll data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in payroll operations.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners related to payroll operations.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on payroll metrics and performance to senior management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to drive operational excellence.
  11. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  12. Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
  13. Ensure data confidentiality and security in all payroll operations.
  14. Manage payroll budgets and expenses.
  15. Represent the organization in all payroll-related audits and reviews.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Payroll Regulations And Compliance Requirements In Various North American Countries, Including The United States, Canada, And Mexico.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Payroll Processes And Procedures To Improve Efficiency, Accuracy, And Compliance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Payroll Professionals, Including Remote And Virtual Employees.
