  1. Develop and implement data governance strategies for US banks within the Wealth Management division of Morgan Stanley.
  2. Lead and guide a team of data quality analysts to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to data quality governance in the US banking sector.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to ensure data governance processes are aligned with overall business objectives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of data quality processes to identify and mitigate any potential risks.
  6. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for data quality governance, ensuring they are in line with regulatory guidelines.
  7. Communicate and educate stakeholders on the importance of data quality governance and drive a culture of data integrity throughout the organization.
  8. Monitor and track data quality metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  9. Work closely with technology teams to identify and implement data quality tools and systems.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to data governance processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Quality Governance, Preferably Within The Us Banking Sector And Specifically In The Wealth Management Division.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices Related To Data Quality And Governance In The Financial Services Industry, With A Particular Focus On Us Banks.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing And Developing A Team To Support Data Quality Initiatives And Drive Change Within A Large Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Data Quality Tools, Processes, And Controls To Ensure Accuracy, Completeness, And Timeliness Of Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management To Drive Data Quality Initiatives And Promote A Culture Of Data Governance Across The Organization.
